Interior & construction project manager
To expand our team, we are looking for a Project Manager Interior & Construction. In this role, you are responsible for the entire trajectory of interior realizations for residential homes, both domestically and abroad.
What are you going to do?
Your main responsibilities as Project Manager Interior & Construction are
- You will work on interior design projects for residential homes, both at home and abroad.
- You are responsible for coordination from order to installation.
- In concrete terms, your duties will include: receiving, guiding customers, preparing quotations, developing plans, organising, monitoring and coordinating the work, and administrative and technical follow-up.
- You also contact subcontractors, request quotes, follow up interim invoicing, etc.
- You provide technical and aesthetic advice on site.
- You will be in contact with (interior) architects & private individuals, subcontractors and of course our own team of masons, natural stone workers and furniture makers.
- In the long term, there is also the possibility of taking on broader responsibility internally.
Who are we looking for?
- You have obtained a higher degree in a construction engineering field of study (industrial engineer, Master of Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Civil Engineering, architect, etc. or equivalent through experience).
- You have experience with project-based work on residential projects.
- You have experience with high-end customer support, which makes you customer-oriented, service-minded and communicative.
- You are ambitious and action-oriented in your actions.
- You dare to take responsibility .
- You are flexible: site visits abroad are no problem for you.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English.
