House JC.

Flanders.

New-build family home inspired by the prairie style of Frank Lloyd Wright with the use of large roof overhangs, the horizontality, the combination of the old pine for the ceiling construction in the living space.

An open structure with high ceilings and transparency were key concepts in the design.

As is typical for our projects, this one also features the use of many reclaimed building materials.

Moreover, the central staircase pays homage to the Guggenheim Museum in NY. This staircase leads to 4 levels: the ground floor, the fitness platform, the children's area and the master bedroom.

The latter also has a spa feature with hammam in the shower and hidden hot tub.
